The ad hoc Documents Rewrite Committee has finished its assigned task of recommending if/how to amend and/or rewrite our Governing Documents
 
On May 29, 2024, the Committee presented their recommendations to the Board, which are all presented in the meeting minutes.

During the 1/28/2025 Board meeting, the Committee informed the Board of phase 1 of their plan.  You can view this in attachment #1 found under the Minutes tab of our website.
