Welcome to the HOA Nominations Page

The purpose of the Nominating Committee is to identify and recruit candidates for positions on the Board of Directors - including organizing and executing the election of prospective Directors.

Election 2025 Results
Gary Nichols (2nd term) & Eric King (1st term) will join Roxanne Hamilton, George Pearson and Mike McCoy starting July 1st.

Article VI of our Bylaws states the following:
The affairs and business of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of five (5) Members of the Association, with at least one, and up to two Members who are considered "Part-time Residents," and the remainder of the Board who shall be "Full-time Residents"

As the elections near, the Chair of the Nominating Committee will inform all community members to volunteer.  When asked, please consider helping our HOA!
