Welcome to the HOA Nominations Page

The purpose of the Nominating Committee is to identify and recruit candidates for positions on the Board of Directors - including organizing and executing the election of prospective Directors.
The Vote for 3 new Board of Directors
This year, our community voted for 3 new Board members who will replace Kyle Amstadter, Brent Leisure and Rich Milder.  They will each serve 2-year terms starting July 1, 2024.
The new members of the Board are:

Roxanne Hamilton, George Pearson and Mike McCoy.  Congratulations!
Stuart Graber and Gary Nichols will remain on the board for the next fiscal year.

Article VI of our Bylaws states the following:
The affairs and business of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of five (5) Members of the Association, with at least one, and up to two Members who are considered "Part-time Residents," and the remainder of the Board who shall be "Full-time Residents

As the elections near, the Chair of the Nominating Committee will inform all community members to volunteer.  When asked, please consider helping our HOA!
